SERVES 4
2 x Chicory
1 Cream cheese teaspoon per chicory leaf
1 Tablespoons Extra Virging Olive Oil
50ml of Whisky
Wash the chicory leafs . Dried them and placed them in a tray. Mixed the cheese with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil until you make a cream. Add the Whisky and mixed. Fill out all the leafs and ready to eat....
